With the ap change i’m trying to find ways to save ap and im wondering if pass lead elite still works with 99 throw power

Yes. It's a necessary QB ability.

Throw power decides distance, not ball speed. You want that high ball speed, which PLE and SFL give you. QB283 mentioned this above, but I wanted to explain why
