Idk if this is a silly question but thinking about playing some regs instead of mut. Does Regs update with the same patches as MUT(like for example the patch today for contain blitzes dont work, or is it on a different version, or has it been untouched and you can still crashdown in mid blitz from day 1?)

Pretty sure gameplay changes are across the board.
