I still use the Super Bowl strat. On a theme team most skill players are 98 or 99 speed anyway.

It says on the strategy card itself that it will reduce in power on 4/13. I don’t think anyone knows if it will actually happen or what it will be if they do “reduce” it.

Yeah but it isn’t being reduced in power and staying +2 speed that’s the problem
