[XBOX ONLY - Doritos] Madden 23 Promo - Prime Time

It's about time for Prime Time!

Doritos is launching a Promo starting 10-03-2022 that features Madden 23 content! Not many details are available yet, but it seems that the promotion is a Partnership with Doritos, Xbox, and various Publishers, including EA. The website for the promotion is https://www.DoritosXbox.com.  Information is not clear but I am hopeful that the Madden content will be redeemable on Playstation as well!

From what has been posted on Twitter and the rest of the internet, there are Doritos bags that feature Deion Sanders on the front and advertising in-game content. Current feeling is that this is a sign that we may get a free Deion Sanders card similar to the Bo Jackson card I wrote about in this post. Originally people thought that it might indicate that Prime Time was coming to the AKA promo this week because the Promo starts the same day as the Doritos website opens, but as revealed on Twitter, the next AKA promos will be Megatron and Revis Island. 

I will update this post with more info as it comes available and relevant pictures.

The real answer is just to scan the QR code on the back without buying lol!

There was a Doritos LaDainian Tomlinson several years ago now and it was actually a really good card. The only catch was EA nerfed it one night by like 5 OVR points. The community got upset enough that the just restored the ratings.

I remember that card! I think it was in Madden 15 or 16 if I'm not mistaken.

As a Playstation guy, i am sad that only xbox players get to benefit from this promotion , i love doritos and i would have bought tons of bags

It’s not necessarily Xbox players only; the terms on the back of the bag say something along the lines of ‘In-Game Content requires access to game (purchased separately) and may require an Xbox Live subscription.’

The fact that it says may gives me hope.

LIke Rockets said, that LT was fun and then nerfed and then restored. Im sure theyll balance it out now. 

And like Quickfire said, people will just scan/rip codes off. Weve seen that before on various types of promotions theyve done.

I'm cool with it. We all know that there will be a better version Prime in the game for everyone to obtain in due course.
