The card is kinda bad for players with a decent defense because it is a low overall deion sanders card with 87 speed it should be good for new players but i wouldn't go for it if your corners are pretty good
They should have made this card at least an 86 OVR just to get people excited to get him. A solid 88 SPD and 88 MCV would have made him usable yet not even a top 5 DB in the game. 87 SPD with 86 MCV is unusable against teams with 91 SPD Megatron.
