Double or nothing or under pressure? And Question about "pass rush points"

Which ability would you say is more effective to run on say, Michael Strahan? Also is it just a weird way of them wording it or is this something else entirely im unaware of, things like "pass rush points"

When you run defensive ally on Judon or whoever and it says it "gives a bonus pass rush point to all linemen on 3rd and 4th down" what does that even mean? Do they mean one attribut point boosted in finesse moves or power moves? What do they mean???

Pass rush points are basically the number of attempts a pass rusher has to shed the block on passing downs. Every defender who is rushing the passer has pass rush points whether it be a dlineman or a cb you sent on a blitz. The number of pass rush points a player can have seems to be tied to ratings but I'm not exactly sure how it's related. I believe you can have up to 5 of them without any abilities. By default every pass rush move costs one pass rush point. Double or nothing makes your pass rush moves cost two points but the moves are more effective. I believe you're supposed to get back 1 pass rush point every down so players don't just use up all their points and are done for the game 

I believe double or nothing is quite good this year. Not sure about under pressure

Awwwww man, its another one of THOSE abilities huh? Idk about the ones that are even easier to fudge about/pretend they exist with no way to verify them or their impact... Lol theres no actual way to monitor those points existence or use right? For all we know EA could just be making the whole thing up?

Well said above. Defensive ally works great  with Double or Nothing. you can try that combo if you have the players

You can see how many pass rush points each player has on the field when you click on them. All your down linemen will have bars above their heads if you’re usering them.

i feel like i've been out of the box for edge rushers  i feel like deflator and under pressure might be the move  i don't really like the edge rushing abilities since their not consistent or hardly ever working right so....

Under pressure was no good for me in the games I tried it in earlier this week.

 I even ran mid blitz do Strahan was a free runner at QB and it didn’t activate. 

 In past years, this ability was excellent for getting the QB to throw the ball straight to my defenders.
