Ronde gets free pick artist - the team captain doesn't get pick artist at all
I was running a bucs team until just recently but I'd gladly take the free pick artist and only x1 chem instead of the team captain with x2 chem and no ability

On the 94 legend Ronde , he gets zero AP free pick artist, BUT the downside is you ONLY get bucs chem x1
The team captain Ronde, he gets x2 of any team, BUT the downside is no good abilities or discounts
So you basically choose what you value more - the abilities or the x2 any team chem

For now I value the Chem but if I get my hands on the 94 that wouldn’t be too bad at all.
