On two separate occasions today I bought a Titanium Collector Pack and both times the game froze, I restarted it to lose the training points and no pack to open. Is there anything I can do about it? I spent 1.7 mil in training today anyway but it's the principle of it.

The item from your pull might be in your binder if the game took your training. Best to contact EA Help regardless.

The items should be in your binder. The same thing happened to me when buying the pack from the 'outside' of the store as opposed from the panel contained within it.
Go into your binder and change the 'OVR' view to 'NEWEST' to view your new cards. You shouldn't have lost your training points.

that's happened twice to me now. I've looked in my binder and haven't seen any new stuff. I'm always having to reset the game..I checked again and they were lower ovr Plantinums.
