EA Sports - Refund or Chargeback?

Has anyone successfully gotten refunded for Madden or bundle versions with CFB? I did the deluxe for both and don't want to bother any longer with non-delivery of all the promised items. I haven't spent any of the pre-order points in MUT or CUT, not sure if that matters though. Anyone have any luck with a refund and if EA declines, just charging it back? Don't care if I get banned from future versions if that matters for chargebacks.

Probably better to search Reddit for doing chargebacks with games. I thought I saw someone mention that when you do a chargeback, the chargeback is with Microsoft/Sony and they ban you until you pay back the money. The transactions go through the Microsoft or PlayStation stores, so the money goes through them

Unless you’re on PC and bought the game through their store, that’s the only exception I’m aware of
