I have Emmanuel Sanders completely powered up. I an trying to downgrade him but every time I press refund I get an error message and kicked all the way back to the home screen of the game. Anyone else having this problem or know how to fix this?

We reported this to EA, but currently there's no work-around that we know of. The issue comes from the fact you likely had a team chem applied and then EA removed the ability to change team chems on his Power Up.
