eric dickerson problem (Old gen)

On Thursday I was able to build Eric Dickerson from pulling 98's out of packs. I built him could've sold him for like 1.5m but I wanted to try him with the x-factor, played through the challenges and got the token. Put it into him with freight train attached and moved on to play with him that night. But when I logged on the x-factor didn't work. Then for the last 4 days I haven't been able to access the card. I can't change abilities, I can't look at his attributes, and above all I can't sell him. Which stinks cause now I need that 800k that he goes for now. What should I do?

We are all in the same boat. Xbox and PlayStation on old gen. We can’t access the card or the token. I also wanted to try it out but it glitched before I could sell It back because X factor wasn’t working. 
 

You can come and chill with us in the ea help forum.  We’ve been asking for answers since friday but EA ignore us 🤷‍♂️

Dang it’s not all Old Gen dealing with that problem PS4 and Freight Train works just fine on my Eric Dickerson. I have only been playing Solo Battles and Challenges though so I haven’t faced a momentum shift to negate it.
