What are the fair catch rules for ball placement?
I called a fair catch at my 29 yard line, but the ball was placed at my 25 yard line.
I was not moving when I caught the punt after a safety.
Maybe a bad code? I tried this today and fair caught at the 30 on a safety punt and I got the ball at the 25 too. So maybe bad code and all fair catches are taken at the 25 now? Or maybe bad code and it only applies to safety/punts as opposed to a kickoff.
