I currently run a Panthers TT with Cam Newton for the qb.  

I use fastbreak. 

My question is are the read options considered QB designed runs?

Does fast break activate or read options if he keeps the ball?

I believe that read options are designed qb runs. Does the ability light up when you do read options?
