The "right" thing to do for anyone who purchased at pack in that ~4 hour time frame when they had the banner up and weren't available, would be to give a 99 BND Kelce.  Since Kelce is so rare and they going for 6 million, I just don't see that happening.  My betting odds are on them throwing these people (I am one of them)  2-3 packs as a "make right" or maybe the 96 BND for free.  Obviously wouldn't be "right", but it would be EA.

They have digital records of everything. In the past EA had even been able to roll back/reverse auctions,  trades, give the same.packs. that outsole purchased as customer service grants, etc

There has to be another part to the giving of 99 BNDS anyway.

Since this card was so expensive,  they would also have to compensate anyone who bought it on the auction house because giving out millions of 99 Kelce,  BND or not,  devalues the card so people who spent 6 mil would be sitting on a cars worth 500K.

So IMO what EA should do is

1. , issue 99 BND Kelces to everyone that bought packs durum that time

2).Give quicksells in varying accounts based on what people spent trying to pull him

3).Make the quicksell value on the Non-BND Kelce cards 6,000,000 so it doesn't lose value

Well they chose to refund all the packs you purchased during those hours as the make right, it was posted on Twitter.

But they also have to give me all the packs in the bundles I bought as well as something like 100 packs that I opened from training rerolla and like 20 pro.max packs all told I should be getting back close to 200 packs.so let's see if they get it right

Yeah, that didn't happen.  I got 2 packs, I opened over a dozen.

I haven’t gotten any packs yet.  Did you do any mystery packs today?  Some people were saying that those were messed up.  Maybe it was a make right for those.

If people were buying packs for an LTD that has market value. They should get the LTD NON BND....nobody was buying packs for a BND.  Screw refunding the packs....refund coins or whatever people spent....of course they won't do such a thing.

You miss the point...they said that it was in Packs. The truth be told he wasn't. I'm not Naive much...I don't believe in misleading people, not being truthful and not having the integrity to say hay we messed up. Did I say anything about keeping anything from the packs? They can take it all back....just give those people what you advertised, instead of false advertisement. Also you can't pull an LTD if it's not in any pack in the game.
