I wasn’t sure how many other players in the MUT community are in the same boat but I’ve been playing MUT since Madden 15, and my EA account was linked to an old twitch account I can no longer access. It is super frustrating that as a loyal player for damn near a decade I’m unable to get these players that give a clear competitive advantage because EA makes it unable to re-link a new twitch account. I guess I understand why they do that because that way people could claim multiple rewards but idk it’s super frustrating knowing I should be able to have pola-mao when instead I’m going to get lurked by him. I don’t expect any sort of resolution, just wanted to vent and see if there was anyone else facing the same issue.
Are you 100 percent sure you can’t link a new twitch account? I could have sworn you are able to delete a twitch account from your account and link a new one. I just thought you can’t link to a twitch account that had previously been linked to any ea account. I could be wrong though.

EA support site reads “Your EA Account can only be linked to one Twitch account in its lifetime.”
they can fix it for you though. just open a case with EA help
I relinked my account so you can do it too. Reach out to either EA help or Twitch and tell them what's going on. They should be able to help you. Do it before the MCS so you can get the card!
I doubt there is no way around it. It'll probably be frustrating to deal with EA Help, since they are generally a pain, but I find it highly doubtful that they would make it such a harsh cutoff when the situation described is something that more and more people are going to encounter the longer the linking program is around.
I imagine the intended meaning behind the “Your EA Account can only be linked to one Twitch account in its lifetime.” line is saying that it can only be linked to one account at a time, not necessarily forever locking it to one particular account.

if you want it sorted you best do it now. you can still catch up with the 4th token every MCS release, you’ll have the micah card by the christmas MCS

I'm facing the same issue currently. it says on my twitch account that my EA account is connected. but on my EA account it says it's not linked. its confusing and very frustrating. I've been dealing with this for years and sent EA and Twitch emails about it. nothing has changed. Goodluck to you though
