I got him out the comp pass but cant sell him. I did upgrade to see the ability's he gets and then it said cant be sold is this a glitch ?

Only the first thousand (I think) got an auctionable version. If your Pickens has the gray art and says BND, you missed out on the auctionable version. If your Pickens has the animated art with reddish accents and you can't sell him, then that's a problem
