Got the Elway Set Ban Today

Completed the Elway set and got hit. Does anyone have any tips on disputing? I filed a case with EA help but who knows how long that will take. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I wish I knew. I was wrongfully banned from the AH for some reason almost 3 weeks ago. I filed a dispute case with EA and check back every day on its progress. No luck. I wish you better luck than that.

File a report on the EA Help website. They will then do an account evaluation

It said coin distribution. It didn’t ban me all the way, just wiped out about 4 mil in coins. I’m sure it’s bc I bought some golds at ridiculous prices. Paid 110k for the bengals punter on the mobile app and probably triggered it.

It's the mobile app. I got a.mobile app warning like 2 years ago and since that day I stopped using it.

I bought a bunch of overpriced golds console the day Elway set dropped and was ok. 

Buying overpriced cards in mobile app is doom. I would uninstall that if I were u and do just what RKA wrote above. Hopefully within a few.days you'll get your coins back

File a ticket on ea help and tell them about everything… maybe because the elway set issue is known they will unban u no guarantees tho

Expect to take that loss. EA hepl is useless unless it is a widely known issue, otherwise they wont do squat to help you. Delt with em several times on crazy issues that wern't at all my fault, every time it ended up being esentially "nothing we can do" from them. Sucks bad but thats how it is, EA help is nothing but a bunch of hired phone workers to read off a script and in their eyes its your problem, not theirs.

The only way to dispute the ban is to open a support ticket at help.ea.com.  Good luck with it.
