Can someone explain it to me like I'm 5? Both Wizzle's Writeup and the chems listed initially during the content drop shows much different boosts then it does now. Wizzle's 15 tier chem boosts has a lot more stats than what the game is actually showing now. for example tier 4 displays +4 RBK but I'm only getting +1 RBK at tier 4.
