Hi guys
are there any qb that u can use without running Gunslinger them cause their release is already good? Im asking cause i need to use the ap of gunslinger on other offensive players. I just need SFL on my qb

i gotta have GS.... i've been using William Perry
GS + SFL + Gift Wrap (6 AP). And I run two TE apprentices to cover the 8 AP.

I have 93 vick from field pass and doing great with gw gs and the special ability he has, But i just want a qb with SFL to complete some kind of passes.
I know a lot of qb get gs and sfl for 6 ap so i have 3 ap for my TE, RB and Slot Wr for their apprentice abilities. But i just dont like the RB who can get the ability for 1 ap.

Ever thought of Andrew Luck? SFL for 5 AP and GW for free. Does not need GS as his release is the best in MUT.

Yes i thought, but im just afraid of using a qb without GS... i'm more for short medium passes

last madden I played with GS and it wasn’t too good for me though I also don’t have many problems with 91 Jordan Love. But if you know how to fit the passes in better than I did, go for it But it also depends on the ap cost too.

If you're scheme is all about fast passes then GS isn't needed. If you're always waiting till the last second for whatever route to open up then yes it's a necessity

Luck is still very good without Gunslinger. I just run the free Gift Wrapped and SFL which leaves 3 AP for my other players.

...but isn't your question which QB you can use without GS?
Andrew Luck is as good as you're going to get release-wise without using GS. If your intention is to use a QB without having to spend AP on GS, I would start here, personally.
