Have old gen menus been fixed?

The menu lag made the game pretty much unplayable for me on Xbox One during season 2. I'd like to give season 3 a try. Are those menus any better?

I experienced it on ps4 for most of season 2 but they fixed with around a week to go in the season and that problem has not come back old gen menu lag has been non existent for season 3
