I have a 90 ovr team and I keep on losing in head two head any wondered if anyone had some gameplay tips.

Upgrade your team. Most people have atleast a 92-94 overall team.

Upgrade team, and try recording your gameplay to see where mistakes happen (ints, sacks, etc). Some of the ZC cards are cheap and may drop again Thursday for playoffs p2
most losses happen from beating yourself. if you review n learn, it helps you get better

make your team in a lineup builder, mark bonds, and how much ur willing to spend on upgrades and ill get u set up

I suck too. I don’t have the time nor coins to upgrade at all and I always panic. Though I love playing squads with friends

speed and chemistry. Ie build a ZC 25/50 TT. use lots of 82 OVR back ups for the chem and grab guys like waddle, keaton mitchell etc and they’ll all be quick as hell for you
also look to hit 90 zone 91+ speed on your corners and safety’s. don’t play man with a lower over all you’ll get cooked
run base defence in defensive adjustments so your opp can’t tell your formation for beaters, if you play a cover 2 throw a LB in a deep zone to protect the middle. or user that zone and be weary of a post
get an inside stuff guy on defence, zone KOs and pick artist abilities . on offence set feet lead is a must, if you can have a RB apprentice too as that opens up your passing game for flats or texas routes on 3rd down
