I have used it and I felt like I got more fumbles with it but now almost all of my safeties have 97-99 hit power without it so I went back to my In the zone/hybrid duo. The +3 hit power on corners gets NTL up to 99 POW but I don‘t think any other corners get that high of POW and I don’t use NTL anymore.

I use other Strat cards with hit power to give me plus 3 to everyone and all S and LB's have 99 hit power

Good catch, I knew Layne gets 99 POW so the strat card doesn’t help him and k forgot about that Pouncey card because he’s too slow to use even on a full TT.

i actually use two heavy blitz cards with in the zone ( 1 strat card when i posted earlier)waiting in the wings and while most of my my db have 98-99 power my dline lacks and they freelance bsh like dawgs.
