maxed out Hines Ward is the best receiver in the game, 20/20 Pats boost gets him to 87 speed 75 run block and he is free

Pairs perfectly with Amari and Evans

Nice!

I just got him last night and only upgraded him to 82 and he was so much better than Waddle and Tee Higgins. 

Can't wait to get more tickets!

How do I upgrade him?  Mine is only at 81 ovr.

I've had the same experience as you guys. Higgins is too slow and I'm thinking I promote 77 Nabers instead for a couple games and try that out. Ward has been a beast though and usually the free cards have some deal breaking issue but not Ward. He's been a beast.
