Honestly done with madden

Just got this response back from EA per my ban: DISCLAIMER: I HAVE NEVER bought or sold coins. I sold my entire team for the new event and literally only bought 88s and under for the event in the last 3 weeks. SO HOW AND WHY WOULD I BE DONE FOR COIN DISTRIBUTION

What this means

We have confirmed that your account was involved in Coin Distribution on Madden. Coin Distribution is against our rules. Because of this, we will not be removing the actions taken on your Madden account. 

You break the rules if you:
• engage in Coin distribution
• buy Coins
• sell Coins
• use auto-buyers or other unofficial clients
• farm Coins
• make false claims
• use someone else’s account
• use multiple accounts to boost your performance in-game
• use bots in or abuse the Auction House
• cheat in-game 
• promote, encourage, or take part in any prohibited activity described in section 6 of our User Agreement.

bro i never bought coins nor sold them for real money. no idea how they detected this in their investigation

Can't farm coins and "abuse" AH. OK EA what can we do with that? I been banned few years ago for those reasons. I harrassed them every single day and they unbanned me few weeks after. And can we speak about streamers that promote coin selling sites?

Absolutely believe you. I’m just saying, that term “farming coins” is so ambiguous it can apply to any of us who make good/smart flips in the AH. Really sad to get banned for just playing the game as it is. EA makes well enough money to actually have some live representatives with common sense to discuss these things with.

Don't expect them to discuss anything, they just want to grab money. NMS players CAN'T have a top tier team, that hurts them too much.

Same response I got last year when I was banned for coin distribution during half priced packs. They don’t investigate anything. It’s an automated response.  Just like last week when I tried one last time to get my preorder points that I never got, they closed the case as fixed without ever reaching out to me. It’s a joke sorry you’re going thru it

Just playing Devil's advocate here, and by no means am i saying i doubt what you indicate... Just curious why you used the term "real money" above??? Did you happen to move any items for anything else of value??

And i do agree with someone above who mentions "Dont we all FARM COINS"... That is a true statement for sure... I would say everyone has flipped some cards on the AH at some point or another...

The problem is that the guy was banned by EA's garbage automated system and that's bullshit. He has been here for days telling us he didn't do anything and i believe him. Why would he lie to us? Were not EA.   

You can't get anybody from EA to talk with. Like a live person on the phone who can listen and hear you out. It's fucking sad. People spend time and money on the game and you can't even find a person who can help.

If the problem is buying a card for too much or too little or selling, that's bullshit too. If i snipe a ZC 93 for 30k, should i get banned for buying it? Or did i just capialize off of a mistake? How can you have an AH and not have a live representative that your customers can speak to when something happens? Especially when you ban people and pretty much tell them all to go fuck themselves.

There was someone on here in the last few days talking about reporting them to BBB and also filing a complaint with their state government. It got EAs attention and it was resolved instantly.
