Gotta say didn't see that coming... Although the real plot twist is that anyone who was running a heavy AKA themed team will have a lot easier time trimming the fat for tomorrow's decrease than anyone who wasn't... I know I already made the cuts and am ready to rock for tomorrow.

Why not just increase AKA's abilities? I don't think AKA's are the reason why they do this. I bet GT will have 2 or maybe 3 buckets with 0 AP, and they want players to buy packs. Lots already have 99 ovr teams so the only way to make peoples want to buy GT is reducing total AP. A GT by itself wasn't gonna change a lot the existing teams we already have, but with half total AP they will become more intersesting. This is just a big slap in the face of players who already had 95% of their teams done and was waiting for GT to finish them.

It’s about the money. With all the coins out there because of pack glitches they have to nerf existing cards so people will buy more.

Fact. When the $ stops coming in they get desperate for a way to get the flow running again. This AP slash will render many cards ineffective and players in search of upgrades which is EA's best shot at making a few late bucks.

Yep. Also, if you have the chance, look at the store and count how many packs can actually be bought with coins or training. It's ridiculous.

They’ll probably have us pay $ to use the trade block next year

by the way nobody normal likes these types of opinions. Aka-X-Factors are stupid discounted abilities ruined all normal players. And people with no skill immediately can win infinite games. People who have played any maddens before 17 know that the game used to be so much more fun.

Honestly, bitching about any power-ups is stupid. Everyone has access to the exact same chess pieces.... I played people that overdo it and have their power-ups in all the wrong places and I have played people that have their power-ups in all the right places at the end of the day Skill still wins over luck...even if you're playing against somebody with crazy power-ups..

Have fun with the tools that are in the game. We shouldn't feel guilty because we use them... Especially when everyone has access to them. You all act like people are cheating it's stupid

should have never been in the game in the first place and only reason they are being nerfed now is so people have to spend to buy golden tickerts which will get the best discounted abilities. you cant be this dense...
