I have seen that some people (mostly when blitzing) do some adjusts to align corners and even safetys, and i am wondering which adjusts are those? as i have tried with all presnap options that i know but still i can't do that
2 ways that i know of.
In your in game defensive settings change your "Align" to "Base"
after the plays have been called hit triangle for DB adjustments and right on the D pad for base align
Third way sorta is triangle and left on the D pad for Blitz alignment. You can also R1 and down on the left stick for squeeze, and left/right for shifting left/right
i HIGHLY recommend going through the game tutorial. Even as an experienced player you can gain some knowledge.

Thanks a lot
I have done all traininng tutorials, the 13 that reward you with a gold or better player in mut, but that was never show there
I am at work, so i can't check right now, but those adjustments that you mentioned also work to align correctly the secondary against formations like Stack, Bunch and Tight? Is just that i play mostly man coverage with press, Cover 2, and Cover 0 mostly, but for example if i am in Cover 2 against bunch, my corners are there with their corresponding recievers, but they are not right in front of them, they often are one step to the left or to the right of the reciever, and that is what i would like to correct, as i have watched people align them correctly against me.
it's trial and error really. I'm no expert but for me the most important thing on defense is to disguise what you're running. Base aligning (using the steps i told you) is good for that. Also, shading is important as well. When you hit triangle for DB adjustments, you can shade inside, outside, and overtop. You can also press while shading.
For example. If you're in base align and your DB is inside the receiver, then shade outside. And vice versa if your DB is outside the receiver, then shade inside.

No even with the said adjustment you will still have to scoot over certain players manually based on what you think they will run out of bunch or tight.
Best thing is to hit the tutorial or practice mode. Moving them in certain formations in different order causes them to shift different. For one of my 3-4 base sets, I hit show blitz, then base align, then show blitz after they have base aligned. It puts the safeties where is want them, but if I just base align and show blitz they are closer to the line of scrimmage which is no good. I have yet to find consistency with each formation, pretty much trial and error. Also, shading can cause different allignmentt.
I toggle depending on what I'm running and start from there. If you base align and run man, you'll not be aligned correctly. Man align will also work for zone set up but if it is a 3 wide or empty set your alignment will have gaps. In the pre snap you can also readjust to base or man. Youcan also adjust using spread pre snap
