How do you get the 81 Cooks and Oruwariye?

I logged back in 2 days ago for the first time since like 2 weeks after the game's release and started earning upgrade tokens that are supposed to be for Cooks/Oruwariye. I looked in the UK field pass, UK solo milestones, and UK sets but can't figure out how I'm supposed to get them. Were they just awarded upon login and I missed out?

I'm pretty sure they were in the welcome pack for UK which is received for logging in during the promo. If you haven't received that, unfortunately, you missed out.
