How many Seasons were there in Madden 23?

There were 5 last year.

That's what I thought but I wanted to make sure. 

I am not sure if the addition of an extra "Season" is causing this "lag" that some people are chatting about? But there is a Season 6 item on one of the Passes.

It seems like some of the new releases have a higher OVR but aren't really much better.  What do we have left, 45 Days or so? If we go 6 more weeks and players/cards only improve from 97 to 98 OVR it is going to be a rough stretch.
