how many stars does it take to get team captain

in the campaign, how long does it take? like how many of the weeks? (Assuming I get all of the stars)

and how many weeks until it gets maxed

I belive that you have to finish week 3 to unlock your choice of a team captain.

In the madden campaign week 3, you get to try these Team Captains (Jack Youngblood, John Lynch, Lance Alsworth and Shaun Alexander). Once you complete week 3 of the campaign you will get a fantasy pack and choose one of those 3 85 ovr all players that I just listed. Every 10 wins online or challenges you will receive a token that you can upgrade your team captain with. Right now the farthest you can get them is to a 96. These players can get 3 times any team chem.
