UL’s have been put for months and I can’t tell you how long I’ve been waiting and saving my tokens for Rice, it is ridiculous how long we have been waiting for in my opinion, the greatest receiver of all time.

There are multiple players with 3-4 cards 97-99 over. A 99 rice is not out of the realm of possibility.

just get the 98 and use the +7 spd etc strat card and there is your 99.

Ik he can be 99 with chems but it is disrespectful for him not to have a gold 99, very few deserve it more

Any 97 can be boosted to a 99 with all the record breaking boosts this year. Hell, I have a 94 boosted +5 to a 99 and others have done even better.
