how to block stuff and beat meta

dollar a gap - block the right end and Mike the linebacker. Usually works

4-3 even 6-1. 
slide right, block 6 and just pray. as well, attack the sidelines and call some rpo reads. I know, I know, but if they’re playing 6-1 against you they earned it (i run 6-1 and I certainly earned it)

also they’re usually in cover 4 so you can either hit the short middle or the short flat, unless they’re changing their deep blues it’s hard to guard both

bunch 

regular bunch I like to blitz ever since they changed the blocking. dollar a gap works well, but sending 5 with a cover 3 shell is also fantastic

bunch offset 

cover 2, man up the hb and the TE with your hook curls, user the point and the outside guy if they come over the middle or they throw a corner. May need to have some 30 yard flats

general tips

always send 4 or send 3 and blitz your user and stand near the line. the game is coded to not let you in on anything 

against RPOs 

make sure the HB, QB and RB are all accounted for with different guys. if you have the WR manned up, but that guy is the read key for the quarterback, well he can’t guard both. I like to put my user where the read key would be

All good info. Just want to add one major thing that is always overlooked when countering blitzers. If the defense is running the same blitz over and over. Attack the space. Blitzing is just sending more guys than there are blockers. Attack the open spaces with quick throws. They'll have to stop eventually or you just nickel & dime them to death. Reading the defense and attacking open spaces is far easier than trying to see what defense is being ran. Just my 2 cents.

It’s a good call, in 6-1 the linebacker often sprints to the flat so a streak of the RB is smart. I will say, this was targeted at less advanced madden players and I feel that attacking the space can be challenging

I greatly appreciate that. I know that the competitive nature of the game means that some stuff is going to be kept secret. But at the same time, I also think it's important to share knowledge so that others can learn.
