I only have 190. Are there any other methods of earning TP other than just grinding some of the challenges?

gaining TP with challenges is almost impossible. they nerved that already last year ;(
they give you some in the Campaign solos and after that it‘s only on some level rewards.
quickselling cards is the only viable way to get TPs
