I just bought madden 24 deluxe edition on my steam account, I restarted my game 2 times but I haven't received the golden ticket fantasy pack. I am scared right now, do I only need to wait or do I need to do something special to get it ? I'm confused ...

Haven’t gotten mine in over 24 hours now preordering thru the game. Restarted. Slept. Had it off for hours and still nothing
