How to win more WL games?

I have been playing Madden all year long on next gen and I'm still stuck between the 10-13 wins in wl. I played pretty good defense, for the most part shutting down my opponents to 24 points or less.

My problem is offense where I usually make bad reads and I crack under pressure especially against the meta blitzes like the 4-3 and 335 wide/odd blitzes. It's normal for me to go lose a 10+ points lead within a few drives. I can read defense coverages, I just have a hard time beating them in general.

I consider myself an above average that does better than your average Madden player but then I get killed by your good  Madden player. Any tips and advice are appreciated?

You've gotten about as far as you can get in Weekend League with the strategies you're using. In order to keep progressing, you need to learn the meta on both sides of the ball and learn what counters it.

My best advice here is to keep a log of why you lost every game. Then get in the lab to practice against anything that shows up more than once. For example, if I lost two or more games in WL because I couldn't stop PA Boot Over in Gun Bunch TE, my next step is to get in the lab. I'm going to create a defense that I feel will stop it so that I'm prepared next time I face it.

In your case, you're struggling against heavy blitzes. I'd recommend finding a lab partner if you don't have one already. Have that person do nothing but blitz you with 43 Even 61/335 Wide until you feel confident against it.

There are a lot of resources out there on this stuff, but all they'll do is help you learn faster by cutting down on some of the lab time. There's no way around getting reps in practice mode.
