How’s madden been for you all?

Just wondering. I haven’t had the chance to get madden yet because idk if I should wait till I get next gen or not. Is it worth getting rn. How’s the gameplay. And is it pay to win. If the latter is the case I’m gonna be sad 😞

However, campus heroes is dropping tomorrow and MUT players have a notoriously short memory. I imagine CH will be bussin tomorrow.

I absolutely love the game and im on old gen. The game plays great and has a little different feel than last year's game which was good. Mut has gone through some major changes that are mostly great. Also on old gen you don't have to worry nearly as much about glitch blitzes and that loop blitz. I look at mut as pay to have an advantage or level playing field at least and I don't have any problems with that. I do spend a little bit of money on mut every year. So far I have a 85ovr team and have really enjoyed the gameplay. Ive gone against what seems like God squads about 3-4 times,teams much better than mine and with LTD's and legend players and have won each time so its definitely not pay to win. Scheme over team for the most part. Playing defense can be tough and defense could be tighter but all in all with the game just starting out its been alot of fun. I think the game is definitely worth it on old gen. I play madden every single year and I'm only a mut player and it's worth it just for the changes they made to mut for instance all madden H2H seasons, the field passes(when they actually work), half time adjustments and stats actually work this year,lower speed and overalls starting out, a streamlined menu for your binder,sets and auction house,a faster auction house though it could be faster and gameplay is excellent but not perfect of course. The rewards are very good and the free players are nice like the 86 Moss cb or 88 Trevor though he has expired.

At this point, its just not worth playing. I played a couple days and stuff but Ive given up. I havent gotten any problems on my end yet but it just seems like a losing battle. I could see them giving out like 1000 points so people can waste them on packs and such to pull nothing and thats the make good.

I am interested to know this as well. i wasn't able to find time to grind Madden (and stay mostly nms) like i used to for the last two years so i didn't get the game. Probably will join once they have that kind of competitive team pack where i can get a high ovr team from the shop. Wondering how everyone else feels about it. Does it feel the same with 22 or even 21, ?  Or is it worth the upgrade?

Last year I played on last gen. This year im playing on current gen. the gameplay it self is MUCH better but D on current gen is a lot slower/more real. 

Everything else about the game has been a trash heap lol

Trash - Fraudulent - False Advertising - Incompetent.

Not worth playing - it is broken and they do not give out advertised rewards - they also do not communicate with the players on what is being done, or when it will be fixed.  Save your money if you haven’t bought the game yet.

Do lineman know how to block. Cause in all the videos I’ve seen they seem like zombies

the gameplay is much cleaner on next gen, the loop blitz is also patched for the most part now and old gen madden has no new changes. if you're going to get madden i would suggest getting a next gen console although i know it is kinda expensive.

The Xbox series s is cheaper but it’s only 300 gbs or something like that. Or maybe it’s like 500 but still that’s not anywhere near the old gen and the xs is a lot too. But idk when I’ll get that though. Will lineman at least make an attempt to block?

The games been good… i hope u find a next gen console thats right for u
