Traditionally it is just exchange sets and training rerolls. There are no topper bundles to sell.
I think this also why they decided not to give the cards a TOTY chem. Who cares about 99 speed Tyreek when he could fit in the pocket of my 99 speed Plaxico and my 98 speed TEs?
