The "best" depends on your play style. I'm running 95 SPD Vernon Davis, because 25 ZC + 25 Niners TT, however TonyG is quite possibly THE best, especially if you're running Zero Chill TT, which almost everyone should be. Gronk does have Vanguard, which is really incredible (if you run the ball), but i'm not sure he gets the good juke move, which both Sharpe and TonyG should.
YMMV, good luck, happy Christmas. I finally just unlocked the free Darnell Washington from Comp Field Pass, but probably just gonna burn him for training. Using Donald Penn at TE2, he's an absolutely amazing blocker on those Stretch plays to the sideline. He pancakes most DBs and LBs.

I doubt you will regret that. However, you may want to wait until ZC3 drops tomorrow, but Sharpe will still be amazing. Enjoy man! I throw to Vernon Davis a lot. You may want to find something with discounted abilities, for example Andrew Luck can run a 4AP ability stack (SFL + GW, no Gunslinger) which frees up the ability to run your favorite Apprentice, etc. I've got Slot, TE & RB Apprentice for a mere 3AP. Quasi HRM type thing, really extends the versatility of your squad.
