I have the Eagles playbook, with L.T./Jordan Love for QB options, and 92+ Linemen. Very close to all of my runs go for no/negative gain because no one wants to hold their blocks, even against 4 linemen sets.

what are the linemen’s run blocking stats RBK RBP RBF
Few things to try:
1. Don’t hit the turbo button until you’re past the line of scrimmage
2. Try using Linchpin for better blocking at the line
3. double team the inside stuff player (if relevant)
also depends what kinds of run you’re using. (Trap/counter/stretch/ etc)

Have you tried double teaming inside stuff players?
I like gap scheme runs better than zones personally (power, power g).. I do fairly well running the ball.. Also try throw in a dumby hot route. You'll get teams to guess pass pre snap sometimes
Adding on to what Geega said, ID the user or MLB aswell as double teaming the inside stuff.

This isn't just things to try, this is absolute bible.
Go into practice and don't use the sprint button at all. Watch that open up your run game right there. The game is coded in a way that when you accelerate early in the backfield, defenders shed their blocks much quicker.
Abilities are what they are, but the best for running would be Puller Elite or Nasty Streak.
If your opp has inside stuff, double that player. If they have No Outsiders, run inside and/or aaway from that player.
This is wild I just came here to make an identical post!
I run 50/50 Bengals theme team just added Ickey who with TT boost has 99 acl and 98 speed and I can’t get shit going in the run game. My OL is very similar to OP however I get run over every game with stretch plays by lesser backs with ease.
I’m also using eagles playbook.

Thanks I’ll try this… Im on Xbox and can never seem to get the quick jump cuts PS5 users get to immediately cut inside when inside stuff activates on my DL

When you use speed burst, it triggers your blockers to disengage and move to block at the next level so if you do it behind the LOS it increases the chances of getting caught by a DL or OLB.
