Hear me out… I play this game for many years. Amongst dozens of problems in MUT, the worst decision they made was to define a minimum price in the auction house. EA basically killed this feature by controlling the economy. If they want to turn off the auction house at all in M25, making the game basically pay-to-play, fine. But it’s a disrespect to the customers doing this in M24.
We got to the point where people have their binders full of cards they just cannot sell, because there are dozens of identical cards being sold for the minimum, simultaneously. Now it’s virtually impossible to make profit from selling cards or building sets.
Also the parity being 1:1 between training and coins makes 98s have a 410k and 99s a 650k floor price! It seems unreal to build a top tier team from now on, at least for the ones that play by the rules.
This parity also creates a bizarre scenario where 98 and 99 LTD cards have a minimum price of 350k, lower than their redux versions.
So EA… if you don’t want to piss off the community any longer, and save some M25 sales… don’t try to control the market. It never worked in real life economies, not gonna work here in MUT. Turn this minimum price feature off, for God’s sake.
