How 82 speed CBs are chasing down my 98 speed Waddle in Mutmas draft
Straight streak against Man Press...
Waddle gets a step, and some 82 speed Stock DB (non upgraded) chased him down for a lurking int, as if Wadde was the slower player
And no fatigue...first pass of the game

Just a thought: With drafts, you could get just about anything at quarterback. Do you remember who you had at quarterback? Was it an unpressured pass? Led well? If the quarterback doesn't get enough loft, an 82 SPD cornerback could theoretically be in position to make the play. Frustrating, but also the reason I am quickselling the draft tokens rather than subjecting myself to the caprice of random chance and the cheese of the dominant share of MUT Draft players.

Simple drop, no pressure, feet set, facing forward
No bullet pass, threw a lob
Thats what makes it so frusterating
Its not like I threw a lot height bullet pass, or threw on the run or off my backfoot

I was sure it was a TD, did everything correct, other than not realizing speed ratings dont matter on some plays

If you switched to the receiver before he caught it, I have noticed the receivers slow down in that situation.
Saw a video where they showed lower release on corners is actually better than higher release so 82s can actually run with higher cards Which is is why finding fast cards with bad release is better for dbs. never tested this myself but would believe it

Having played Madden iterations since 2008, I have no doubt that the attributes aren't static by design, and change from play to play and even mid-play as a player wears down over the course of extended plays. With that said, it's much more pronounced in Head-to-Head than it is in CPU, save for All-Madden mode, where numbers seem to move unfavorably for the user. All of this is randomly achieved by an algorithm in the code that has remained elusive to all of us. It seems that swings of the sort you have experienced are rare, but possible.
The crazy thing about this is that while we hate being on the receiving end of a bad algorithm, none of us would have continued playing this game as long as we have if the gameplay had become stale due to a lack of dynamism in gameplay made possible by this and other algorithms.
probably depends on how deep you were throwing the ball, forgot jaydens thp in draft but i notice that if you throw a bomb at 40 yds out and just lob it, ball will go farther like 55-60yds, compared to throwing it 50 yds and its sort of underthrown jumpball.
could've needed to pass lead too
