Interception solos?

are there any good solos to get them? like hail mairy type ones well the cpu throws them

I usually do a game of solo battles and have my defense in man with a safety dropping to mid zone. User one MLB. Usually 2+ pics

If you do solo match just don’t do it vs the worst ovr team.  The QB never throws the ball more than a few feet.  Usually he just holds on to the ball forever and gets sacked and fumbles.  you can use rookie mode but make sure the team is 85 over.   They tend to throw more but it really depends on the QB they have.

I use the last AKA solo for Prime Time and put it on two stars so the QB will actually throw the ball.

Just play H2H play a bad player and they'll hand you 2-3 picks before they quit. Solo battles is probably faster tho.

I did it in like 15 mins on that prime time aka challenge. I needed 10 picks and I did it in like 15-20 mins   you don’t even have to control it you can just  let the joystick go and the computer as you  will pick it off
