Is a 99 Graham Gano available for a GT?

I saw somewhere that kickers/punters were not allowed to be a GT, but i cant find the article anymore. Is this true, no special teams players?

I'd base his card of his 92 from the comp pass if that also matters...

  • Golden Ticket player items will receive regular X-Factor buckets. Custom X-Factors, such as those found in AKA player items, will not transfer over, nor can they be selected.
