Is Dawkins worth it as a sub LB?

I have team captain Pat Tillman as a SS, and after seeing that Dawkins stats are not that good, I was wondering if it is worth it as a sub LB, specially for blitzes.

I use the card as a SLB and Slot CB...card does well in zone defense. Also a good user card.  Not bad at all for a free card.

i like to. idk if it costs me elsewhere but i have him maxed and those run stopping capabilities are tough to beat, i just hate being so vanilla.
