Im assuming youre on last gen. If so, your not alone. Multiple posts about this each day since the patch saying the same unfortunately. Seems like (based on those posts anyway, im on ps5 so I cant say for sure and havent experienced it) its just a last gen problem. Pretty bad if EA doesnt fix it since those people bought the game too and apparently it worked fine til that update.

Nope. Not this year. It used to. No idea what they gained by taking that away either. I switched last year and while I wasnt really playing MUT last year im pretty sure the little progress I DID have switched over. But ive seen alot of people say it doesnt this year.
It's almost unplayable. Anything even simple you would like to do is broke. Try and even buy a pack and see what happens. It opens it then the screen freezes then goes back to opening the pack, but this time you can see the cards . But they look at a beautiful card will result in a God awful freeze dial up from hell lag. The only thing that works is anything to do with a game. Online or offline it works fine. Hey ea is losing alot of signed in time and money . It's a fact. I'm only one guy and it's so hatd to navigate the hub that since the patch I'm not really playing Madden... I want to... they need to fix it ASAP.
Worse, EA has yet to acknowledge the issue.
