Is pick artist absolutely necessary now.

Last few days I'm noticing that my secondary is refusing to even try for interceptions.  When sauce has his xfactor he will animate more often and same with drc and his but even then its rare.  People I'm playing are getting animations even without running pa though.  Is there something im missing?   Rearly wish they didn't take play ball in air out of coach adjustment.  If it helps i mainly run zone match but will throw in random man to man to keep opp guessing

IMO, pick artist is a bit overrated. I had it on Lott and S Taylor months ago, but it didn’t make much of a difference overall. 

its a situational ability, and  I thought it only works for uncontested catches. i’m taking  inside stuff over PA.

side note when I had PA on Taylor, he made a lot more interceptions than Lott.

Play ball in air didn't do anything when they fixed swatting in the title update. That's why they removed it. It didn't do anything any longer.
