Is playing Safety’s at corner a move?

i want to put byard at CB so i can utilise film study… there’s just too many good safety’s and i’ve exceeded my spots for em

how is playing a saftey at corner? is it a move? do they play worse?

At 5'11 you'd want him to be a slot corner. He should play fine there.

If you have a zone scheme they play the same or better than CB’s in my experience.

If you have a man scheme CB’s typically play better than safeties.

Well then go for it. I’ve run all safeties in every DB spot many times and had zero problems. MUT22 I used Sean Taylor at CB1 for a long time and he played amazing there.

It’s nice having the higher run support attributes all over the field.
