Is this the most desperate EA has ever been for selling packs???

Is it just me or are you all also noticing a trend? 

It seems like every must have card that comes out this year is LTD.  

Moss has two LTD cards in 3 days. Isn't that a bit ridiculous? Can't even build the cards anymore that we really want!

I believe it might be an experiment. PPL have been theorizing that they may get rid of the Auction House at some point in the (near) future. I don't know about that, but I think they're seeing how successful limiting certain cards to (points) packs can be. They got some backlash (enough to release Mixup coin packs, but, not Cover Athletes). Though they are ending those promos, I think that both are premature. We'll see what they do with the rest of the year, but next year's Madden gonna be real interesting.

The day the AH is removed might be the day I am done with MUT

I do believe youve absolutely nailed this to the point that if an EA worker on the madden team read this theyd be wondering which coworker posts here. Lol

Correct.  And the only shot you have pulling him is one of the 50/50 money packs. 
 

I remember saving packs to open in years past for LTDs. Not this year. That Redzone pack will give you an 86, 84 and golds.

Idk about ltds but I pulled full  legend charles woodson earlier this year from one of those reward packs (when he was still relatively new) so id say its probably possible but I wouldn't bet on it.

Rooting for them to remove the AH and hopefully then they get the message by the dent in their profits. EA is pushing every button they can get away with, disgusting pack odds, disgusting solos/NMS rewards, predatory offers and the removal of playbooks/strategy item coin methods. They will continue to get away with it because the whales still throw paychecks at the pathetic game

I believe madden will take a monstrous hit in revenue the year they remove the AH just like 2k is barley swimming above water profit wise they already have their game 60% off on store. I know i wont purchase it anyway

Yes, the next release is the last one.

I started off this year playing a lot because everything seemed pretty fair. Once Halloween rolled around and they started to focus on these LTD’s, I almost stopped playing all together.

You used to be able to play a lot and still get some of the best cards and stay competitive. Now you gotta break the bank just to compete at the higher levels. Seriously not worth your time anymore. 

Hoping that the NFL moves away from EA for future football games (but they won’t cuz the NFL makes too much money off the EA contract)
