Can start all 3 if you go nickel or dime, but if not one would sit the bench.....if you had to choose 2 of these cards who would it be? I have Sneed and Jalen , thinking about building Davis but am worried he's just gonna get run over....poor tacking and hit power

Hell probably be fine.
Hit power isnt nearly what it used to be its not even a factor. That 60 tackle is weirdly low but for the most part, hell have someone else with him I assume, shouldnt really be 1v1 on a tackle unless theres a weird play.
Throw an ability on him like ST and hell be fine :P
