that is the lowest numbered CP reward i have gotten this game cycle. every two weeks its goes down. i think the first one i got was Trevor Lawrence at the very end of the 2 weeks and he was in the early 22000's.
last CP i got #224 of St. Brown. i complete every week around the same time sunday morning west coast time.
in any case, he gets no zero AP abilities. so pretty much worthless imo unless you have a steelers theme team.
to equip the Universal Coverage its 1 AP. then you gotta spend 1 AP on Pick Artist. so 2 AP to make him usable.
he isn't worth the grind if you have the UL 99 cb's imo.
