I have no clue wtf is going on. I disputed it but apparently that can take weeks/months. has this happened to anyone else? I’ve seen AH bans before but this is all of MUT. I’m losing my shit. I’ve spent an obscene amount of money on this stupid game and now I can’t even play it!
Heres what they emailed me:
“BECAUSE YOUR ACCOUNT WAS INVOLVED IN CHEATING, WE’VE PERMANENTLY REMOVED YOUR ACCESS TO THE ONLINE PORTION OF MADDEN 24.”
saw it last year a bunch...was 50/50 if they got their accounts back.
That's ridiculous dude. And they don't even tell you what you did, they just ban people with no explanation. There should be some kind of report with a time and place where you commited the violation if they want to ban you. That's fucked up

I agree. It’s infuriating. I wonder if Microsoft will give me my money back. I’m at a loss here.

This is the only game that does shit like this, it's insane when you think about it. Meanwhile, people aren't getting their log in rewards, some people never got their Donald Penn, Seasons doesn't work and they fucked the leaderboards up. Maybe you getting banned was a blessing in disguise because it's getting frustrating to play this game with all the issues
